Our training gives instructors the skills to develop and deliver safe, engaging and effective group fitness classes on water. Upon completion of the course, instructors are equipped with the tools to confidently instruct Salti group fitness classes to your community.

Learn in your own time.

Fully interactive course via zoom.

Face-to-Face

Online and Zoom training requirements
Instructors will need...
Access to a swimming pool and a participant for your class
A Salti Float or a stand up paddle board (SUP)
A phone or go-pro to record your assessment
Computer and stable internet connection
Can be located anywhere in the world to participate
Develop your group fitness knowledge
Pre-requisites
The training is open to anyone interested in further developing their knowledge of group fitness instructing. However we do suggest you are:
- A qualified group fitness instructor
- A yoga instructor
- Personal trainer
- Pilates instructor
- Or equivalent
We also recommend prior experience teaching group fitness classes (land base or water).
You must be able to swim 25 metres unassisted and be confident in the water to participate. Instructors must be a registered group exercise/gym instructor to attain Fitness Australia CECs. If unsure, contact us to discuss.
