Training cancellation policy

Face to Face training

If for any reason you need to cancel your training, you can let us know by emailing hello@salti.com.au. 

• Cancellation requests that occur up to 7 days before the training will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations requests that occur after this period (within 7 days before the training starts), will result in losing 50% of the course fees - 50% will be refunded. 

Online training

Online training is self-paced, and therefore you have 6 months to complete your training. We offer a 7 day cooling off period and can provide a refund/cancellation if you have not yet created an account and accessed the course. Once you have created an account and logged into your training, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. 

Access to the course will expire in 6 months from date of purchase. You must submit your final assessment within the 6 month period. Additional fees apply if you need to resubmit your theory or practical assessments.
